The Governors and staff at Sunny Bank Primary School fully recognise the contribution we all make to safeguarding children. All staff and Governors believe that our school should provide a caring, positive, safe and stimulating environment, which promotes the social, physical and moral development of each individual child. We are committed to maintaining an ethos where children feel secure and are encouraged to talk and are always listened to.

We take safeguarding of children and Child Protection extremely seriously.

The school’s Safeguarding Policy (including Child Protection) is available below.

Should you have any concerns, the Safeguarding Leads/ Designated Persons are:

Mrs T Bevan, Mr A Harris, Mrs V Carr and Mrs A Fox

Keeping children safe is our key priority.
